Preparing the Property for Occupancy
Once your property has been procured The Jay Rock Team will be your planning and execution resource for preparing it for tenant occupation. Using inspection reports, agent expertise and county code as guidelines we will ensure that your property is considered desirable and priced competitively for the market. The planning group will identify and prioritize repairs, debris removal and improvements. As part of the planning and budgeting process, the planning group will accept requests for bids from qualified contractors during this phase.
As soon as your budget and preparation plan are in place, work will begin to get the property move-in ready. Items such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work will be coordinated and managed by The Jay Rock Team. We will work with vendors on your behalf to obtain the best pricing from the most qualified professionals. You will receive periodic updates and reports that show the progress of the project as well as information on how your money is being spent.
